May Allah reward you for bringing these very beneficial account of my most beloved Shaik Alabanne even when I was a new Muslim back in 1995-96 Time frame he was my Teacher though his books , and now that I am a student of the Arabic lang , I would like to know where can I fine a copy of this great journey in Arabic book form and I would like to buy the book , just let me know where and how
Once again barakalllaahe feek for you efforts. But it does not seem like the brother who compiled this work mentioned where did shaykh al-Albaani used to pray his jumuah prayer whilst he was living in Jordan. One brother told me he used to like listening to abu Islam’s khutbahs?
There is a four volume collection of jumu’ah khutbahs transcribed about aqidah by Abu Islaam Saalih ibn Taa Haa Abdul-Waahid, Imaam and Khateeb of the Ibrahim al-Haaj Hasan Mosque in Amman, Jordan, and he has written on the cover that the series contains, “… a series of khutbahs and reminders about aqidah which my father and teacher Muhammad Naasirud-Deen al-Albaani advised and ordered me to print.”
But I don’t know where Shaikh al-Albaani, rahimahullaah, would pray Jumu’ah.
barakallaahu feek, i do have that book. Is it true the shaykh was under house arrest in Jordan during the 80’s-90’s; that is what one former student of madinah (in the 80’s) told me?

A possible correction – on page 17 I read: “so he borrowed me two hundred Syrian liras so that I could rent it.”. I believe this should either read: “so he lent me two hundred Syrian liras so that I could rent it.” or “so I borrowed two hundred Syrian liras from him, so that I could rent it.” I also see similar use of the word “borrowed” on page 19, for which I understand the correct usage is the word “lent”.
Borrow : to receive with the implied or expressed intention of returning the same or an equivalent.
Lend: to give for temporary use on condition that the same or its equivalent be returned.
And, my only intent is to improve what you have done, so I hope you do not take offense.
Wa iyyaak akhil-kareem. No offense taken whatsoever, in fact, just the oppositte. I greatly appreciate this kind of feedback, keep it coming. I’ll try to get round to changing the PDF some time soon inshaa Allaah.
